This Privacy Policy explains how pricing.io ("pricing.io", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). pricing.io is a pricing-optimization tool for SaaS businesses. We handle two kinds of people's data: the account holders who sign up to use pricing.io ("Users"), and the end-customers of those Users who reach a checkout or signup page powered by pricing.io. For end-customer data, the User is the data controller and pricing.io acts as a processor on their behalf.

Information we collect

Account information

• Your name and email address
• A password, stored only as a salted bcrypt hash
• Sign-in metadata, including IP addresses and sign-in timestamps used for security

Billing information

• Your pricing.io subscription plan and a Stripe customer identifier. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

Integration information

• Credentials and configuration you provide to connect your Stripe account, and any phone number or callback URLs you configure.

End-customer information (processed for our Users)

• When an end-customer completes a pricing.io-powered checkout, we collect their name and email and pass their payment details directly to Stripe. We store Stripe customer, price, and event identifiers to confirm and report on payments.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, an optional "remember me" cookie, and a first-party cookie on checkout pages to de-duplicate page views. If enabled, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to help us understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and secure the Service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests
• To understand and improve how the Service is used

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf:

We serve all traffic over HTTPS, store passwords as bcrypt hashes, and restrict access to personal data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
